What size are your cards?

All of our cards are A5 in size.
Do all of your cards come presented in a box?

All of our personalised 3D cards come beautifully presented in a white pearl gift box made from quality 300gsm pearl cardstock. Our flat card do not come presented in a gift box, they come with a C5 envelope. If you wish to purchase one of our gift boxes please see listing in the Extra section of the website.
What if I make a mistake with the personalised message?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is complete, this will have a copy of the message that you entered, if you notice a mistake please email us straight away so we can fix this for you, alternatively you can message us on Facebook. If the card has already been shipped unfortunately we are unable to change the message.
How does the personalised message appear on the front of the card?

All messages are foiled in either gold, silver, holographic siver, red, blue, purple, pink or rose gold foil.
What is a wax melt?

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax created to be gently heated to release their fragrance. They are very similar to candles but without the wick, which means they need a warmer to melt and diffuse their fragrance. When in use, they melt completely to create an even scent distribution. Offering you up to 60 hours of luxurious fragrance, our wax melts have all the benefits of a flame-free candle alternative, meaning you can still experience the same great scent sensation.
How to use a wax melt

Set up your Wax Burner on a flat surface. Ensure that the top dish is clean. Break up your Clairely Yours Wax Melt to ensure an even melt and fragrance distribution. We recommend popping two hearts into the dish for optimum fragrance throw. Light your tealight to warm Wax Burner. Enjoy hours of long lasting fragrance! When you’re finished with your warmer, or when the wax has burned off all of its fragrance, simply blow out your tealight. Remove the wax and get ready to add your next fabulous fragrance to the warmer.
