Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations We currently only offer shipping within Ireland.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via An Post, the Irish postal service.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days within Ireland. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or postal service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Free Shipping is offered for orders over the value of €75.00 (Ireland ONLY)

Tracking Information

We offer tracked shipping for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the An Post website.

Customs and Import Taxes

Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may be imposed by customs authorities in their country. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with An Post. We will also offer a replacement for any tracked parcels that go missing during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within Ireland. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to locations outside of Ireland.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns for personalized goods unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order to request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened.
