We aim to get your gorgeous goodies out the door as soon as we can — but here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you.
🚚 How we ship
All orders are shipped via An Post, right here from Cork, Ireland.
Once your order has been handmade, packed, and posted, it can take up to 5 working days to arrive — although it's often faster. Please allow a little extra during busy times like Christmas or postal strikes (we don’t have Clairely magic powers over the posties, unfortunately).
💶 Shipping rates
We keep shipping prices simple and fair:

| All other items (e.g. candles, wax melts, burners, gift boxes, photo magnets) | Tracked shipping | €6.00 |
If you mix items, your order will automatically default to the tracked shipping rate for safety.
🕒 Processing time
Most orders are made and shipped within 2–4 working days. Custom orders may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you posted (literally).
✉️ No tracking on €2 standard shipping
Please note: if you choose the €2 standard shipping option, there is no tracking available. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post with this option — please upgrade to tracked if you want peace of mind.
📦 Do you ship outside Ireland?
Right now we only ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, pop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
