Welcome to ClairelyYours! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and expectations when using our website (clairelyyours.ie) and purchasing our products. By visiting the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to play by these rules — so have a quick scan, even if you’re just here for the scratch cards.

1. 👋 Who We Are

ClairelyYours is an Irish small business that designs and handmakes personalised gifts including foiled scratch cards, greeting cards, stickers, candles, wax melts, photo magnets, and gift boxes. Everything is created with care, quality, and the odd sarcastic sparkle.

2. 🛒 Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you agree that:

  • All details provided are correct.

  • You’re authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • You understand what you’re ordering — especially for personalised products, which will be made exactly as entered.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Something is incorrectly priced or out of stock

  • There's suspected fraud or dodgy behaviour

  • You’ve been a dose to deal with (we're human too)

3. 💰 Payment

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Any other secure options available at checkout

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and other trusted providers. ClairelyYours does not store or have access to your full card details.

4. 💶 Pricing

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you’ll pay — no hidden extras, no nasty surprises.

5. 📦 Shipping

Orders are shipped via An Post from our base in Cork, Ireland.
See our full Shipping Policy for full details, but in a nutshell:

Flat items (stickers, cards, etc.) Standard post (untracked) €2.00
All other items (wax melts, candles, gift boxes, etc.) Tracked post €6.00

We aim to dispatch within 2–4 working days. Once shipped, delivery may take up to 5 working days. Busy periods (or unpredictable Irish weather) may cause delays.

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. But in case there’s a hiccup, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Key points:

  • Custom/personalised items are non-refundable unless we made a mistake or the item arrives damaged.

  • Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, resellable condition.

  • You’re responsible for return postage unless the error is ours.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. We’ll only use your personal information to process your order, communicate with you, or comply with legal requirements.

8. ⚖️ Legal Bits

  • All content on this site — images, designs, copy, products — belongs to ClairelyYours. Don’t use, copy, or distribute anything without permission. Be sound.

  • These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be handled in Irish courts.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page.
